Every annual plan has every feature, unlimited meets, unlimited teams and free helpers. The only difference is roster size: the active runners across your whole program — boys and girls, varsity and JV. Archived runners and helpers never count.

Running just one meet?

$10 one time, for one program at one meet

One pass covers your program — not every school at an invitational — for every race at that meet. Buy an annual plan later in the same program year and what you paid for passes counts toward it: a $10 pass, then Small, costs $9 for the first year.

Questions coaches ask

What counts as a runner?

The active runners on your roster, across your whole program and all its teams — boys and girls, varsity and JV. Helpers and archived runners never count, and teams are unlimited.

What if we add runners mid-season?

Going 3 over your plan’s limit is fine. Past that, upgrade and pay only the difference between the two plans’ prices, whenever in the season (Small to Standard is $10); past Large’s 500, contact us. There is no per-runner fee, and timing, started races and helpers are never blocked.

When does it renew?

Every plan covers the program year, July 1 to June 30, and renews on July 1.

We’re buying mid-season. Does it cover next season?

From October 1 on, yes: a purchase covers the rest of this season and all of next. Before October 1, it covers this program year, to June 30.

What happens if we don’t renew?

Your program becomes read-only: results, splits and history stay there to read. You’re never locked out.

We host an invitational. Does one meet pass cover every school?

No. A meet pass covers one program at one meet: your own runners, up to 75, in every race of that meet — not every school at the invitational.

Didn’t use it? Get your renewal back.

Refunds are simple:

  • A first purchase: a full refund within 30 days.
  • The July 1 renewal: a full refund until your program’s first real meet of the season or September 30, whichever comes first.
  • Cancelling mid-year: your plan runs to June 30 and doesn’t renew, and your history stays readable.
  • Downgrading: the smaller plan takes effect at renewal.
  • A meet pass: refundable, or movable to another meet, until a race in it starts.

Can parents help for free?

Always. Helpers join a meet with a code or a link, need no account, and never count toward your plan.

Do I need the app to buy?

No — buy on the web, and the app shows your plan.
